Occasionally, a specific style, colour, or size of t-shirt you have ordered might be unavailable in our store or at our supplier’s warehouse. The site keeps its stock info updated automatically. Sometimes there might be a small delay, and stocks might shift without warning. But don’t worry, if anything impacts your order, we’ll reach out to you ASAP.
Production & Shipping
Embroidery & Printing takes 14-21 working days
Rush orders take 5-7 working days.
Artwork Requirement
Resolution:
For print: Minimum 300 DPI (dots per inch).
For embroidery: Artwork should be clear and high-resolution, but specific DPI may not be as critical as in print.
File Format
For print: Preferred formats are PDF, EPS, AI (Adobe Illustrator), or high-resolution PNG/JPEG.
For embroidery: Vector files (AI, EPS) or high-quality JPEG/PNG. Additionally, specific embroidery file formats like DST, PES, JEF may be required.
Color Mode
For print: CMYK color mode.
For embroidery: RGB color mode for screen reference
Printing machines may vary slightly in their settings, but we strive to match colours as closely as we can. We will provide a sample print out for approval before production.
Approval
Designs must be proofed and approved before production. Check proofs thoroughly.
Disclaimer
We are not responsible for errors if artwork does not meet requirements. Color variations may occur. Delays due to artwork adjustments may affect delivery.
Embroidery and Print One Time Set Up Fee
Our one-time set-up fee for embroidery includes the essential digitisation of your logo or design to ensure compatibility with our embroidery machines. This fee also covers the creation of one sample for your approval before production begins, ensuring the final product meets your expectations. Once paid, the set-up fee allows us to store your digitised design for future orders at no additional cost. Please note that the set-up fee is non-refundable once digitisation has started. Our team is available to provide further guidance on stitch count and assist with garment selection or any other inquiries you may have. The converted file is owned by Stitchworx Embroidery & Printing. An additional fee applies if you would like a personal copy of the file.
