Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, they are typically not eligible for returns. Embroidered or printed orders with prior approval cannot be returned. However, exceptions can be made under specific circumstances. To initiate a return, customers must obtain prior approval from the Supplier and may be subject to a handling fee. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the Customer.
In the case of goods delivered in New Zealand, returns are permitted if the following conditions are met: the return is initiated within 7 days of delivery, the goods are in pristine condition, the buyer provides the relevant invoice numbers, and written permission for the return is granted by the Seller’s Customer Services. When these conditions are met, the full purchase price of the goods will be refunded to the Buyer.
