When will I know my order is ready?
The group-order store closes on 20 October 2026. Stitchworx will email you when your completed order is ready. Please do not call or visit for an update before you receive your Ready for Pickup email.
Can I order after the group-order cutoff?
No. This group-order window closes on 20 October 2026. East End purchasing is unavailable outside the current group-order window.
When can I collect my order?
Pickup is strictly 11–12 November 2026, from 2:00pm–4:00pm only. Orders will only be released during these advertised pickup dates and hours.
Can I collect early or outside the pickup hours?
No. Orders will not be released outside 11–12 November 2026, 2:00pm–4:00pm. If you cannot attend the pickup window, door-to-door courier delivery can be arranged instead for an additional fee.
Where do I collect my order?
The collection location and final pickup instructions will be included in your Ready for Pickup email. Please wait for that email before travelling.
What if I choose the wrong size?
Please check sizing carefully before ordering because customised club apparel is made to order and is non-refundable and non-returnable if the wrong size is selected.
Can I have my order delivered to my home?
Yes. East End Club Store Collection is FREE. Door-to-door courier delivery can also be arranged for an additional fee. Place your order using FREE collection, then email sales@stitchworx.co.nz. We will confirm the courier charge before dispatch.
Do I need to contact Stitchworx for an order update?
No. We will email you when your order is ready. If you have not received your Ready for Pickup email, your order is not yet available for collection.
